John Iglar

John joined Teles from Mossler & Doe, a residential brokerage best known for championing architecture and estates with superior design. With a lifelong passion for architecture, John thoroughly enjoys working with clients who share his appreciation for good design as well as those who are interested in learning more about the subject. "Given the breadth and depth of great architecture in Los Angeles, I can't imagine working as a realtor anyplace else," he says. "From Modernist masterpieces to great 1920s Spanish homes, there really is something to suit every taste."

John understands that superior client service, deep market knowledge and marketing savvy are all essential to a positive customer experience. Working with sellers, John is able to leverage his 10 years of experience working at top advertising agencies in New York and Los Angeles. He understands the power of marketing to drive a sale. "From advertising to collateral materials to direct mail, every single marketing element should communicate a consistent message about the listed property," he says. John equally enjoys assisting buyers in the search for a new home. "First and foremost, it's about understanding a client's priorities--how they want to live on a day-to-day basis--and then finding a home that suits their lifestyle."

John has an MBA from the Leonard N. Stern School of Business at New York University and an undergraduate degree from The George Washington University. He also serves on the board of the Los Angeles chapter of the Institute of Classical Architecture & Classical America, a non-profit organization dedicated to advancing the classical tradition in architecture, urbanism and their allied arts.
